The 32nd annual meeting of the Academic Freedom Coalition of Nebraska is Saturday, October 12, 2019 in Andersen Hall, UNL College of Journalism and Mass Communications, 16th & Q, Lincoln, 9–12. The theme is “Hazelwood Revisited: Restoring Free Expression Rights of Student Journalists.” Nebraska State Senators Julie Slama and Adam Morfeld will receive Academic Freedom Awards.
